Join us for a Night at the Fort

We invite volunteers, family and friends of participants, sponsors, and others interested in protecting the Mississippi River and supporting Friends of the Mississippi River to join us for a Night at the Fort on the evening of Saturday, July 24th at Historic Fort Snelling. There will be a hearty meal provided by local sponsors (vegetarian option available), live music, cold beverages including root beer and Surly Brewing Company beer, historic actors and more.

For participants in the Mississippi River Challenge, the price for the evening’s festivities is included in your registration fee. Others interested in joining us for the evening may do so for $20 per person for admission to Historic Fort Snelling, music, the meal, and beverages (3 beer or non-alcoholic beverage tickets included). The fee is $10 for children 12 and under. If you would like to skip the meal, but still want to come and listen to music, the fee is $10. Up to three beer tickets may be purchased separately for adults with ID. Anyone interested in attending and eating a meal at Night at the Fort MUST register at least one week before the event.
